I am Hong Kong Chinese living in Singapore with my husband and our daughter.   I am   passionate about holistic wellness with background on Traditional Chinese Medicine, acupuncture, Rapid Transformational Therapy.   My daily practice to stay healthy is to do yoga, pranayama, Kriya and meditation learnt from Art Of Living, also keep training my mind with spiritual knowledge and modern science.
